Description
Situated in the Historical City Centre of Valencia, Rector Peset Student housing was designed to recover an ancient Academic building. This construction reaches perfect harmony with the neighbourhood and its surroundings. With clear historical and tectonics references, the project included the archaeological intervention of a XXII century Islamic wall, as well as the refurbishment of one of its eight lookout towers. It currently serves as home to almost 200 students from Universitat de València and hosts more than 300 cultural events a year.
