CHAIRMAN

He has successfully developed more than 100 residential and tertiary real estate developments around Spain. He has created several technical, asset management and development organizations. Graduated in Architecture with honors from Universitat Politècnica de València.

JOAN MORATÓ

URBAN PLANNING DIRECTOR

He has led technical and legal teams on urban and planning projects for more than 25 years. Graduated in Law from Universitat de València (UV), specialization in town planning.

JOSE MIGUEL LÓPEZ

DESIGN & BUILD DIRECTOR

With over 35 years experience in the field, he has led the design and execution of the projects, as well as the coordination and management of the construction works. He graduated in Construction Engineering from UPV.

RAFAEL FERRER

ASSET MANAGER

Expert in managing and marketing real estate developments. With over 20 years of experience working for RZS, he is in responsible for controlling the developments managed by the firm. He graduated in Business from UV.

ALEX ROZAS

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

Responsible for the identification, analysis and selection of investment opportunities. He has previous experience working for Deloitte Real Estate advising investment funds on their real estate development projects in Spain. He has graduated in Business and also in Law, both degrees from UV.
